“Homework Success” Class For Parents
The Thrive Center for ADHD and Comprehensive Mental Health Care is proud to present “Homework Success,” a new eight week class for parents and caregivers of students in elementary and middle school.
This is a curriculum-based, small group program designed to help parents and caregivers of children struggling with ADHD improve their homework performance.
- Research shows that participants of this program can gain a better understanding of ADHD and its relationship to homework difficulties
- Learn strategies to get more work done in less time and ways to make homework time a more positive experience Improve the quality of homework assignments and grades
- Develop strategies for improving parent/teacher communication Improve the relationship between parents and kids while lowering parental stress

Instructor: Dr. William Eng has worked as a school psychologist in Maryland public schools for the past twelve years. His special interests include behavioral consultation, ADHD, high functioning autism and anxiety disorders. He has extensive experienced in supporting students and families with behavioral and academic concerns.
Please Note: This program is parent and caregiver centered.
